V/v đăng ký nhận miễn phí

thẻ Thư viện Trung tâm ĐHQG-HCM

Để thuận tiện và nhanh chóng cấp phát miễn phí thẻ thư viện Trung tâm (TVTT) kiêm thẻ ngân hàng Công thương Việt Nam, tài khoản truy cập các nguồn tin điện tử từ xa. TVTT sẽ tiếp nhận cấp phát thẻ cho sinh viên năm thứ nhất hệ chính quy trường Đại học Khoa học Tự Nhiên ĐHQG-HCM như sau:

·       Đại diện lớp trưởng của từng lớp liên hệ Bàn Thông tin TVTT để xếp lịch chụp hình, cung cấp danh sách lớp và tập huấn sử dụng thư viện;

·       Thời gian nhận đăng ký từ nay đến hết ngày 31/10/2013;

·       Địa điểm nhận đăng ký: Quầy lưu hành TVTT, Khu phố 6, P. Linh Trung, Q. Thủ Đức, Tp. HCM.

Thư viện Trung tâm (TVTT) trân trọng thông báo đến độc giả lịch phục vụ năm học mới 2013-2014 như sau:

1. Hàng tuần, mở cửa từ thứ Hai đến thứ Bảy:

Thứ 2, 4, 6 : Từ 8h 00 -> 19h 00

Thứ 3, 5, 7 : Từ 8h 00 -> 18h 00

Chủ nhật, ngày lễ: nghỉ

Chú ý: Riêng tháng Chín:

Từ 05/9 đến 15/9/2013 mở cửa từ: 8h00 -> 16h00, thứ Bảy nghỉ

Từ 16/9/2013 trở đi: hoạt động bình thường

2. Các ngày không phục vụ độc giả trong năm học 2013-2014:

Ngoài những ngày nghỉ cố định trên, TVTT sẽ kịp thời thông báo đến độc giả những ngày nghỉ đột xuất trong năm nếu có. Mong các bạn thường xuyên theo dõi bảng thông báo tại TVTT để cập nhật thông tin.
